Selecting Mode and Level Settings
Changing the MODE and LEVEL settings is simple. Prior to completing these procedures, ensure
the following have been done:
- the chassis top lid has been removed (described elsewhere),
- the unit is powered ON, and
- a valid video signal is applied at the input connector.
NOTE: if you would like to observe the results of these settings changes, connect a display
to the output connector.
- Locate MODE pushbutton switch and corresponding indicators Split, Full, and Bypass.
- Cycle through the three mode settings by pressing and releasing the MODE button - each time the button
is pressed/released, the MODE indicator updates to reflect the new setting.
- Locate LEVEL pushbutton switch and corresponding indicators Low, Medium, and High.
- Cycle through the three level settings by pressing and releasing the LEVEL
button - each time the button
is pressed/released, the LEVEL indicator updates to reflect the new setting.
